Hi there,
first of all thank you for your interest in my house :)
The
house is on 2 floors, both of them fully equipped as independent
apartments. You can rent the whole house or a single appartment
depending on your needs.
The top floor (the largest one) has 3
bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a covered veranda with a
wonderful view on the Asinara Gulf. In the backyard there is a garden, parking space and BBQ.
The
ground floor is composed by 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the living
room/kitchen. In its front yard there is parking space and garden.
The
house is located in the Northern part of Sardinia, in a small
characteristic "stazzo gallurese", which is a small village depending
on the municipality of Badesi. ( click on this link to see the location La Tozza on google maps http://g.co/maps/n5xh2 ). Badesi is populated by ~ 1300
inhabitants during winter but many more during summer since it has
many touristic structures such as resorts and hotels. You will find nice
restaurants where to eat typical Sardinian delicious food :)
Here there are supermarkets, gas stations, banks, etc.
The closest beach is the Badesi Public Beach "Li Junchi", one of the longest sandy beaches in Sardinia with its 8 Km
of length. The beach has been awarded several prizes for being provided
with all utilities such as public showers, public swimming pool, bars
and toilets.
Other places fully worthy it to be visited in the surroundings are Isola
Rossa (a small fishermen's town 10 minutes from Badesi approx.) and
Castelsardo (a medieval town with a beautiful castle on the seaside -
20 minutes from Badesi). Badesi is also in a very handy position to visit the whole North Sardinia.
For the lovers of the Thermal Baths,
a brand new establishment is just 20 minutes away by car from the
house. Visit the website www.termecasteldoria.it for more info (only in
Italian).
Badesi can also be a perfect location for Surf, Windsurf and Kite Surf lovers.
Sardinia
is easily reachable by plane. Main airports are Alghero, Olbia and
Cagliari. The closest airports to Badesi are Alghero and Olbia (~70
minutes by car). Along with main airlines, also low-cost airlines such
as Ryanair, EasyJet, German Wings, Tuifly, BMIbaby, AirBerlin, fly on
Alghero and Olbia. In summer many charter flights are scheduled (i.e.
Transavia).
For what concerns the availability, please
contact me with dates and number of people and I will get back to you
as soon as possible. Please notice that the house can fit a maximum of 6
people in the top floor and a maximum of 4 people in the ground. There
is a possibility though to add an extra bed in one of the rooms for
each apartment.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
